The Muse Rundown
WHAT IT IS: A website that helps you take charge of your career.

WHY WE LIKE IT: Founded by three former McKinsey women consultants, The Muse does an excellent job (pun intended!) of educating, inspiring, and empowering people to discover their passion and love what they do.

We’re fans of their mission, which is to answer the question “what do I want to do with my life?” Whether you’re just getting started, looking to re-enter the work force, making a career change, or simply want to improve in your current role, there’s something for everyone.

Use The Muse to find expert career advice, current job listings, and helpful tips. Search their company profiles, which offer unique “behind-the-scenes” peeks into companies, their cultures, and even cool office spaces. It’s a great way to keep up with who’s growing and hiring… or just stay smart.

We especially look forward to their “Sunday Inspiration” which curates and shares articles in three categories: Work Hard. Live Smart. Play Often. Works for us!

HOW MUCH IT COSTS: It’s free. Employers pay to create a company profile and post job openings.

NOW, TAKE THE FIRST STEP: Check out for job search, career tips, free classes and more. You can also sign up for their newsletter, The Daily Muse, which is a (you got it) daily publication.
